The new parts arrived yesterday. The thermal cutoff switch has been installed on the dryer and we're back in business. The bake element is another story though. I believe they sent me the wrong part since it's an inch longer and has only two connectors where ours has three. A simple mix up since its difficult to mark the catalog numbers on them. And since I'm gainfully employed as a buyer of hospital supplies, I'm well versed in the whole returned goods process. The new parts arrived yesterday. Between the two, I bet you're happy to have the dryer working first. If you need to bake something, just put it on the roof for a few minutes.
