Well I guess this just proves we've got great neighbors. The Progressive Farmer named us the Fifth Safest Rural County in the US. Not bad for a few Hoosiers hanging out in the Crossroads of America. Add to that our recent property tax rate reduction and increased value assessment and we seem to be bucking the trend of our nations current economic woes.
