Here's the steel edging we purchased. the stakes snap off both ends. We purchased fifteen 8 foot sections, one 4 foot section, one 2 foot section, two ends and six corners. Total cost was a little under $200.
Updated info in reply to Anonymous question: The stakes are attached at two points. I had to take channel lock pliers and rock the first stake back and forth until it snapped off. The second stake was easier after the first was removed. A couple times the stake would bend at the skinny end but a couple quick taps of the hammer straightened things out.

I recently bought what looks to be the exact same edging but you said that the end pieces (stakes) just snap off but I can't seem to get mine to do just that. Did you have any trouble or did you have to use any tools to get them off?
