Just a quick post to catch up. Still not much going on with the house. The upper window sash glazing should have skin to it by this weekend so that it can be painted. On Tuesday I spread winterizer lawn fertilizer on the yard. I'm not a fan of harsh chemicals but this was just nutrients without any pesticides. The next day it started raining and didn't stop for two days. Which brings the latest development - water seeping into the basement. Guess there isn't much improvement but there is always something going on.
