Here's a rough sketch of my overall design for the plumbing. I really want to keep it to a simple layout rather than the spaghetti pipes we currently have. The preference is PEX tubing throughout with the option to add on components as able - such as radiant floor heat, using solar heat in combination with a gas water heater and any sort of irrigation system for the landscaping. The manifolds should be labeled and would include shut off valves with each line running directly to the fixture. The only trouble now is deciding on a supplier/manufacturer.
