This little clump of garden daffodils popped into bloom yesterday when the tempurature soared to near 70 F. Too bad they're calling for snow tomorrow, but that's March weather in Indiana.
Remember those Surprise Lilies you had last fall? Well some of your "daffodil" leaves may be those. The leaf comes up in the spring. It dies down and then the flowers shoot up in the fall. Mine are clumped in with the daffodils so I always think I am going to have a lot of flowers right now.
